We ship worldwide using Singapore Post tracked mail. (Tracking is automatically applied on all international orders.) Due to the ongoing pandemic, courier services worldwide are experiencing delays. This makes average transit times are highly unpredictable and parcels can be anytime between 2 weeks and 3 months to arrive.

Once your order is packaged for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, with a tracking number. (Please allow up to 24 hours after you have received a shipping confirmation for carrier tracking codes to activate.)

Customers outside Singapore may be subject to customs duties, and other fees/taxes upon the shipment's arrival in your country.
